Unfortunately, we do not offer any return or refund.
Exchange
Any orders placed during a sale, with a discount code or with a marked down price are final sale. Final sale products are not eligible for exchange.
Items are entitled for exchange only if deemed faulty and the product is still in stock (or provide store credit if that item is sold out).
Please note that we can only replace it for the same product.
- Please email us at info@eesomejewelry.com within 7 days from the date of receiving the order (quoting the order number), with a detailed description of the damage, including an original unboxing video as a proof of unboxing of the package that clearly shows us the damage in the product. The video must include the opening of the mailing envelope to the defect being showcased clearly.
- Once your exchange request is approved, package up your item securely and send back using a trackable service. Shipping cost for return postage will be reimbursed upon review and approval.
- Item(s) must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached) with the original shipping box, failing which exchange may not be possible.
- Once we receive your shipment, we will inspect it and send you a new item in replacement. Please allow up to 3 working days upon us receiving your parcel to process your exchange. We recommend you send your item back using a trackable service so you know when we’ve received it. Unfortunately, Eesome cannot be held responsible for parcels without tracking that have not been received back.
- Shipping costs will be covered by us.
RTO/ Un-delivered Shipment
We are not liable for undelivered shipment or RTO (Return to origin) due to wrong address / misinformation provided while placing an order. Refund will be processed (excluding the shipping charges) only once the shipment returns back to us. In case of re-shipping, shipping charges has to borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info@eesomejewelry.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your name and address details, as well as your order number. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not shipped, we will gladly cancel and refund your payment.
